Business and Enterprise plan customers receive onboarding assistance. For Starter, our documentation covers every step of the setup process in detail. If you get stuck, our support team is available via email during business hours.
Yes. We're actively building our MSP partner program. Account data, signature templates, and configuration are stored in our cloud infrastructure. We do not store email content. For Enterprise customers with specific data residency requirements, please contact us to discuss available options.
