1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy covers the website at effortlessapp.cloud and the Effortless Signature Manager service, operated by Effortless Apps Pty Ltd (ACN to be registered), a company incorporated in Australia and based in Sydney, New South Wales.

2. Information we collect

Waitlist sign-up

When you join our launch waitlist, we collect your email address and record the date and page from which you signed up. We use this information solely to notify you when Effortless Signature Manager becomes available and for any important pre-launch updates you consent to.

Contact form

When you submit our contact form, we collect your name, work email address, company name (optional), enquiry type, approximate user count (optional), and the message you write. We use this information to respond to your enquiry.

Service usage (when the product launches)

When you use Effortless Signature Manager, we store the configuration you create — signature templates, targeting rules, and Entra ID attribute mappings. We read user and group data from your Microsoft 365 tenant via the Microsoft Graph API to populate dynamic signature fields. We do not store, receive, or process the content of your email messages.

Server logs

Our web server automatically logs IP addresses, browser type, and pages visited for security and diagnostic purposes. These logs are retained for 30 days and are not used for marketing or shared with third parties.

3. How we use your information

• To notify waitlist subscribers when we launch
• To respond to contact form enquiries
• To provide and operate the Effortless Signature Manager service
• To send transactional emails related to your account (invoices, usage alerts)
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We do not use your information for advertising.

4. Third-party services

We use a limited number of third-party services to operate:

• Paddle — payment processing and billing (when the product launches). Paddle acts as Merchant of Record and handles payment card data. We never receive or store your payment card details. Paddle's privacy policy is available at paddle.com.
• Microsoft Azure — cloud infrastructure for hosting the service.

5. Data retention

We retain waitlist email addresses until the product launches or until you request removal. Contact form submissions are retained for 12 months. Service account and configuration data is retained for the duration of your subscription and for 90 days after cancellation, after which it is deleted.

6. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal information. To exercise any of these rights, email privacy@effortlessapp.cloud and we will respond within 30 days.

If you are located in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you also have the right to object to processing, request restriction, and lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.

7. Cookies

This website does not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. We do not use any third-party analytics services. The site may use browser session storage to maintain UI state (such as the billing toggle on the pricing page), which is not transmitted to our servers.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
